These terms govern your access to and use of Thara. By creating an account, you agree to be bound by them.

1. Who we are

Thara is a Saudi-based platform that connects verified founders with committed investors. Thara is a facilitator only and is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or fiduciary.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter contracts in your jurisdiction, and provide accurate identity information. Investors must self-certify their status when required.

3. Accounts and roles

You may register as a founder or an investor. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity on your account.

4. Verification

Thara relies on national identity, phone, email, and business-registry checks to assess trust. Verification results are indicators; they are not guarantees, endorsements, or investment advice.

5. Content and disclosures

Founders are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of the information they publish about their projects. Investors are responsible for their own due diligence before committing capital.

6. No investment advice

Nothing on Thara constitutes investment, tax, legal, or financial advice. All investment decisions are made by you at your own risk.

7. Fees and commissions

Subscriptions, unlock fees, and success commissions are disclosed at the point of purchase and in the Commission Model page. Fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

8. Prohibited conduct

You must not misrepresent yourself, publish misleading information, circumvent commissions, harass other users, scrape the platform, or use it for money laundering or any unlawful activity.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, harm other users, or expose Thara to legal risk. You may close your account at any time from your settings.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thara is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or from any transaction between users.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts in Riyadh unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
